Fino Tío Pepe

It is a very special wine when aging in American oak casks with the traditional solera system. His servant under "veil de flor" with a minimum of four years and his origin only of the Palomino fine grape hand-picked, makes it an inimitable wine that you will long to take again. It has an unmistakable and long flavor, dry and fresh at the same time, with a certain almond smell. It is the elegant Fino par excellence. It is recommended to take very cold and it is ideal to pair with Iberian chacina, old cheeses, olives, nuts, smoked fish.
