Our shipping policy


The Spanish Grocery will only serve orders in Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Ceuta) and in the following countries of the Union:

Portugal, France, Italy, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Germany, Scotland, Wales, England, Northern Ireland, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Finland, Sweden, Greece, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovak Rep, Slovenia Rep, Hungary, Poland , Romania, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.

The Spanish Grocery will inform you exactly during the purchase process about the shipping costs incurred. That is why we have installed a box to estimate shipping costs and thus provide this information from the beginning of your purchase process. These will be paid together with the amount of the order and will be duly itemized on your invoice.

In domestic shipments, we also offer the option of collection in store, for those local customers who prefer this option.

Our store can serve any of the products we have for sale. The delivery time will be approximately 24 to 48 hours for domestic shipments and 48 to 72 hours for international shipments, as long as the product is in our warehouse. The national and international deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday. The deliveries on Saturday, must be requested by email to our offices before confirming the order and a special rate will be applied, which will be informed prior to the final completion of the same. Sundays and public holidays at national or international level where appropriate, orders will not be delivered.

If it is a product that at the time of placing your order do not have in stock in our establishment, the delivery time will depend on the time it takes the supplier to serve it to our store, which except in exceptional cases, will be short to always be national suppliers. In this case, we will notify the buyer of such incident and we will inform you of the estimated delivery time of your order, to confirm your acceptance with it.

The Spanish Grocery offers the possibility of free deliveries when certain circumstances regarding the amount, weight and destination are given. Our store reserves the right to change these conditions when it deems appropriate. Currently for the European territory shipping costs are free on orders over € 50.

If the client is not at the place of destination at the time of delivery, a notice will be left with the corresponding instructions to contact the transport agency and agree on a new delivery. Only a second delivery will be made in case the client contacts the agency to arrange it. The order will remain in the office of the transport agency 15 calendar days after which it will be returned to The Spanish Grocery. After completing this period, if the customer claims your order must pay again the shipping costs.

The order will be delivered to the person, of legal age, who at the time of delivery is at the indicated address. The customer expressly authorizes The Spanish Grocery to make the delivery of the order in his favor. The recipient of the order must sign the corresponding delivery note, consigning his name and DNI or similar, which implies his agreement with the products received. For this purpose, the recipient may review the order as it wishes at the time of its reception in order to show its agreement with it.
